Through a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach, we provide coordinated reentry support, housing stabilization, workforce development, and holistic wraparound services.

Empowered Beyond the Walls is WBB’s comprehensive workforce development and reentry pathway designed to strengthen economic mobility, stabilizing skills, and long-term opportunity for justice-impacted individuals and families. EBW offers coordinated supports including job readiness training, digital literacy, GED preparation and paid testing, career coaching, reentry planning, and emotional wellness development. Rooted in a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach, EBW equips participants with the tools, confidence, and guidance needed to secure sustainable employment, rebuild family systems, and create new futures beyond the barriers of system involvement.

Atunse Restore Philly is WBB’s multi-layered housing stabilization initiative committed to ensuring safe, secure, and sustainable housing pathways for individuals and families impacted by incarceration, homelessness, and systemic disadvantage. Atunse provides targeted supports including crisis housing navigation, landlord mediation, documentation assistance, stabilization planning, resource coordination, and mental wellness integration.
